Turn Marshling

  • All drivers are required to turn marshal immediately following their race.
  • Once you have finished your race put your car, controller, and equipment away and come out to turn marshal.
  • There are cones designated for each turn marshal spot.
  • If you cannot turn marshal you must find a substitute.
  • If you do not turn marshall then you will have your fastest time from qualifying dropped for the first infraction and you will be disqualified from the race for a second infraction.
  • Parents of kids under 10 need to turn marshal for them.
  • When turn marshaling you need to watch your area and not the race.
  • No cell phones are allowed on the track while turn marshaling.
  • Stay at your spot until the race director calls the race complete.
  • Closed toe shoes are required to turn marshal.
  • Always watch for traffic, do not endanger yourself to marshal a car.
  • Marshal cars in order of wreck.
  • If a car dies on the track (flameout) then put the car down inside the pipe. You are not responsible for getting the dead car back to the pits.
